Faulty or Incorrectly delivered item.

To return a product to us, fill in the form below then follow the instructions you’ll receive by email. Postage is free.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return items to us.

Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.

All BangOn products are sold with a 12-month workmanship warranty, if your BangOn product has developed a fault please let us know by providing full details to [email protected]

Faulty items will be replaced, not refunded as refunds are not permitted if the product has been used.


Non-faulty items.

If you wish to return any item for a refund (when the item is not faulty) the following terms must be met:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.

3. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day you received your order.

4. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.

5. The client must cover the cost of postage; all parcels should be returned using a tracked service.

6. Prior to returning any items, please complete the form below.

7. Once all paperwork has been completed BangOn will issue a returns authorisation number (RAN), The RAN must be quoted on all correspondence, a copy of the returns authorisation must be included in the shipment

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods at your expense & withhold any refund.
